Returns policy

Breakages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective , damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Glass by nature is fragile so all work is packaged carefully to avoid breakages, we accept no responsibility for breakages by courier or postal services. If you would like to insure your package please contact us.

Photographic  evidence of any breakage must be produced within 1 day of receiving the item, please contact us at Lesleyobrienglassart@gmail.com and we will endeavour to help.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lesleyobrienglassart@gmail.com and send your item to: Lesley O’Brien Glass Art, Whitecaps, Cliff Drive, Warden, Kent. ME12 4PP.
